I ordered a fireproof security filing cabinet. The reason I chose office furniture2go was because they offered free shipping and the item was heavy. Once the order was placed I was told that the "free shipping" only brought the truck to our premises and if we wanted it off of the truck we would have to pay an additional $200+. I refused to pay the extra and said we would handle it. It showed up in our hallway a few days later with no discussion of how it got off he truck.. I will not recommend them because of the bait and switch on the shipping.

Great Furniture for a great price.

Your furniture is nice, but improve your website. It has very limited search capability. Your catalog is easier to use than the website. Also, let people create accounts. I have to type everything in every time I place a new order.

The desks are amazing, and are a great quality. We will defiantly order from you again.

I have ordered a few times and had TERRIFIC customer service each time. They were able to go into their records to make it easier for me to match the same furniture that I had ordered previously (not a big deal I know but a great time saver for me). Sarah Frandel in their customer service is phenomenal. She carefully measured everything and explained how pieces went together, so I could get exactly what I needed for 3 diverse offices. Their policy of having the freight included makes the costs completely transparent which I appreciate.

The quality of the products is exceptional, the quality of the service is not in line with current expectations. They cannot give an eta, the window is too broad and has been inaccurate at the best of times. Case in point, one of my items was back ordered. When it was eventually available I was asked if it could be delivered the next day. The delivery window I was given was 12~4 so I made arrangements accordingly but the driver showed up at 7:30am!
