I am very pleased with my desk purchase. It was delivered days ahead of time. It is beautiful and an enhancement to my home office. I called customer service and spoke to Sarah a couple of times before I purchased the piece. She was kind and very accommodating. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others.

This was the worst experience I've ever had purchasing furniture! I was completely shocked when the delivery person called while en route and told me they were only allowed to leave the FURNITURE at the front door to the building, that they could not DELIVER (their only job here) into the building. Yet no where when I ordered the furniture did it state that the furniture would not be fully delivered into our office. When I called customer service they were unhelpful as well, and even told me that if I cancelled the order I would have to pay a fee, but I could decline delivery and then it would be rerouted to another delivery service that could deliver in about 2 weeks and it would be $150 fee. HOW RIDICULOUS!!!! Why in the world would I purchase furniture online and not want it delivered into my actual office!! There was even an elevator! It couldn't have been easier for a DELIVERY PERSON (THEIR ONLY JOB, IT'S EVEN IN THE TITLE) to deliver the desk into our office so that 3 petite and elderly women did not have to carry 3 heavy boxes into the office. You should be ashamed of this poor customer service and horribly hidden policies for delivering the furniture you sell ONLINE. *In response to your reply* This had nothing to do with COVID-19 because it happened prior to any shelter in place orders and prior to all the toilet paper being gone from the shelves. Just proves my point about your lack of customer service that you are going to hid behind COVID-19. The "delivery" person did not say he couldn't deliver due to COVID-19, he said it was the policy that they don't deliver inside buildings, period. And the customer service rep I spoke with when I called your 800# did not say it was due to COVID-19 either. Again, worst customer service experience, worst buying experience, do not use this company.

We needed to make a return and we were charged more than 50 percent of the item. I made a large order and accidentally clicked one thing wrong. I will never use y’all again.

Furniture is of very good quality, easy to put together and arrived sooner than promised.

I was researching for a couple of weeks to find the right desk for my office workplace. It was challenging to find something that both locked and did not look out dated. Once I saw the furniture & went online to place the order I was directed to call a number regarding a tax exemption. I called the number & immediately Shawn assisted me & we were done! Furniture delivered promptly & looks awesome! I get alot of positive comments on it. I highly recommend this site to everyone!

I am so pleased with the hutch I bought to add to my writing desk. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy. I looks perfect!

Free Delivery is a very loose term considering you are responsible for getting it off the truck or pay $49.00 to have to taken off the truck and put on the ground. $95 will not even get it inside your house. Very deceptive marketing.
