I ordered a desk organizer for my brand new desk a couple of days ago. To day I received the item, and it was Shipped in a flimsy bag and is half broken. Today is Friday, and their customer service department is not open until Monday. That means for 48 hours I have to sit here and stew about this and not even be able to get my money back. I will never order from them again.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO WORK FOR OR DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THE REVIEWS BEFORE EVEN APPLYING THEY TRAIN ONE WAY AND WHEN YOU COME OUT OF TRAINING IS DIFFERENT VERY DISGUSTING AND DISHONEST PLACE I HAD CUSTOMER WHO WAS CHARGED FOR 4 ITEMS SHE NEVER EVER EVEN BOUGHT THE DELIVERY WILL NEXT DAY AND CUSTOMERS ARE CHATGED BUT IT'S NOT TRUE YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR DELIVERY WHEN YOU NEED I ALSO HAD AN 87 YR OLD LADY CRY TO ME ON THE PHONE CAUSE SHE NEED 359 COPIES FROM ONE MACCOMPUTER TO HER NEW COMPUTER MIND YOU SHE PAYS FOR TECH SUPPORT ALL SHE WAS NEEDING WAS SOMEONE TO GO HELP HER OR SHOW HER SINCE SHE DOES HAVE TRANSPORTATION ONE OF THE SUPERVISORS TOLD ME TELL HER WE DON'T DO THAT ALSO SHE CALLED DEC 16 AND WAS ON HOLD FROM 10AM THRU 4 THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONDAY..PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARDS THEY STAY WITH YOUR INFORMATION N BILL YOU FOR THINGS YOU DONT NEED OR WANT ESPECIALLY SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR TECH SUPPORT 129.99 IF YOU GUYS NEED OR WANT MORE INFORMATION I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PROVIDE IT TO ANYONE THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS THEY ARE A SORRY EXCUSE OF COMPANY MY NAME IS BARBARA

When i ordered office furniture, it shows available and they gave me date of delivery or Promised to deliver date but later it delayed by 2 and half months, they says its back ordered???. Called customer service but no help. Never ever going to order from them again. Keep away guys.

I've cut and pasted the email I sent Office Depot last week. Still no response. I wouldn't use Office Depot or Office Max again if it was the last office chain on the planet... Safe bet I am no longer your valued customer. An associate in one of your stores told me there were several cases of a certain type of paper in your warehouse and that he could have three of them delivered to me by Tuesday, at the latest, of the next week (December 8). I actually got an email confirmation that three cases were being delivered on the 8th, but only two were delivered. I called your company's customer support hotline and was assured by an apologetic rep that a third case would be delivered to my home by Thursday, December 10. I called again today (Friday, December 11), and this is the response I get? I now have 80 percent of a critical project that is due today printed on paper I can't possibly match. My consolation for this bait and switch is "sorry, we'll refund the cost of that case of paper and you can try to reorder it at some point in the future when we have it in stock?" Are you kidding me? Since I will now bear the cost of having the entire project reprinted and submitted late, the least you could do is reimburse the cost of all three cases. I will no longer be able to use the copies I've made! The cost of the paper is minimal compared to the overall costs incurred related to printing and failure to meet a hard deadline. I'm honestly considering my legal recourses as your failure to make good on a promise will likely result in a five figure loss. I expect a response from you, or someone authorized to discuss and resolve matters of this import, at the company's earliest convenience.

This is one of the worst run retail stores. Customer service has less information than the website. I placed an order for a monitor, monitor shipped and now 2.5 weeks later, I have not received the package. They use a terrible shipping company - Tforce. Never heard of it. Probably cheap so CEO can make his bonus. And to top it all, package is shipping from Houston to Houston. Tried calling the shipping company, and they did not even answer the phone. Seems like a lot of these corporations have taken Covid as an opportunity to reduce the services they provide to the customer. This is the reason Amazon will win and continues to drive companies like this one out of business.

The staff at the stores has always been great. Their website may well screw up your order. I ended up each of 3 items ordered being process as separate orders on the website. This cause a glitch where the main item was not ordered. The item was then available in the store so I ordered to pick up. Picked that up. Staff courteous and competent as always. Then I notice website on its own processed that third item a day later so I had 2 ordered and money gone from bank account. Customer service was either incompetent or poweless to rectified the problem. Even after talking to a supervisor there was no remedation. This caused a bank overdraw with no way to rectify it in a timely manner, which could have been done with proper notification to me of the process or lack of process that was available. So if you need any kine of refund, even when OD is a fault you cannot immediately get refund back.

I ordered a REFURBISHED Lenovo ThinkPad T450. I received a T460. Most specs are the same except that I did not get 500gb. Machine buta 237gb. I'm trying to return. One person told me to take to the store, Store will not take back, because refurbished. Office Depot send a tkt to the vendor. I have been trying to return for a week. I also called the vendor. I was told need to contact Office Depot. If Office Depot sells it, they should take back, I'm tired of the run around. Maybe waiting for the return period to expire. Calling Office Depot again and on hold for 17 minutes and counting. Last Saturday, it was almost a hour. Maybe other people have the same issue. I like the machine but I didn't get the right specs.

Why isn’t there a no star option for this company. They deserve no stars. Ordered items on Black Friday 2020 sale online. Product had tracking number within days. However, product never was delivered. Multiple emails, text chats and phone calls to Office Depot were made and documented. All they really do is prioritize this “to a higher level of supervisor” . Then follow up with a promise email form Office Depot customer care representative that item will be delivered “tomorrow “. The product never arrived as many days go by. A call from a representative from Dynamex (shipper) confirmed the order and address with promise of delivery next day. No delivery ever made. Even worse, shipper Dynamex placed a ticket to Office Depot to cancel the order. Who does things like this? Neither company, Office Depot or their Shipper Dynamex deserve a star. They both should be going out of business. Shame on both of them.
