Still waiting to return the item. Wrong size. Nobody is reaching out to me. I think that this is a scam! I will get my money back sooner or later. I will not tolerate this kind of business. Rotten tomatoes.

This company is the worst!!!! I paid $600 for a bed cover, used their drop down menu, they sent the wrong one. I told them I would like to return it and get the correct one in exchange. They would only answer my email once a week. Now they are saying they will send $100 for me to keep the wrong one. That is the only option? I told them I would pay to ship it back for a refund as I had no need for it. They will not do it. They said to sell the wrong one on Facebook? What!? This business is a scam! Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They need to be investigated for fraud. Buy at your own risk!

Ordered a trunk bed mat for my 2015 ford and it doesn't fit. I emailed customer service to initiate a return. Customer Service advised that I need to take photos of the ill fitting mat as well as a 20% stocking fee upon return. However, I can settle for a $15 return and keep the item. Never have I ever! First time purchasing from this company and my last. The mat is too bulky for my truck bed. Don't purchase anything from this company.

What kind company the phone doesn't work !!!. I order bed cover for my pick up truck 2019 Silverado 1500 LD so they send to me the wrong size and my order was specif right so now I want to return and they want to charge me return fees , so why I have to pay if the company made a mistake. 20% fees to return to pay for their mistake no away. Purchased Oedro floor mats for my 2023 Camry the fit was unacceptable the the holes for the lock down clips are about three quarters of an inch off so I can only use one lock if I force it and lock both I get a bow in the floor mat also had to heat the mats with a blow dryer to get the mats to conform with the contour of the flooring I can’t contact Oedro by phone I’m directed to go online to chat with a non human I can see the writing on the wall lesson learned going to do more in-depth research on my next purchase Oedro’s quality control is a joke

I purchased an under seat storage box for my 2023 RAM. The installation instructions were rife with misspellings and vague, to the point it wasn’t understandable without many trial errors. It required 8 large bolts and two torx screws be removed. I actually threw it in the trash, then later retrieved it and will make another attempt. Customer Service was prompt but said they couldn’t provide any better instructions and I should turn it over to a professional.

I recently purchased and installed one of their steps for my Jeep. Fit and finish were exactly as I expected. A heavy textured coating without any noticeable flaws. Packaged well and shipped relatively quickly. I only have one critique. EVERYTHING was black except the carriage bolts that secure the brackets to the pinch weld. Of course the only bolts visible from the topside are stainless. Come on guys! Otherwise satisfied for now. Time will tell to see how they hold up.

Do not purchase unless you want to be stuck with it if it does not fit your vehicle. Not a good company to deal with
