Received promptly, so that was great. The installed product however not at all what I perceived it would be. Barely usable as mostly under the body of truck with little usable step assistance.

I ordered some side steps for a 2020 Dodge Ram. I love the rails. However, they did not line up with the pre drilled holes in the truck. Not sure if I received the correct side rails for the truck. Hoping there is an option for new mounting brackets or if I have to drill holes in the truck. To return them would be very inconvenient. Can you verify I received the correct Side rails? Do you have other mounting brackets?

The purchase process was easy. The cover was delivered as promised, very easy to install and looks great, however there is an issue with the cover, it leaks at the folding seams. Oedra customer service has been responsive in trying to find a solution that works for both parties. I’m just very disappointed that the tonneau cover leaks. This process has been ongoing with no clear solution, so I'm lowering my rating to two stars. Oedra has been responsive but I'm no closer to having this issue resolved than I was three weeks ago.

Ordered a trunk bed mat for my 2015 ford and it doesn't fit. I emailed customer service to initiate a return. Customer Service advised that I need to take photos of the ill fitting mat as well as a 20% stocking fee upon return. However, I can settle for a $15 return and keep the item. Never have I ever! First time purchasing from this company and my last. The mat is too bulky for my truck bed. Don't purchase anything from this company.

All I have to say is it's been 2 weeks and they have created a shipping label. Haven't shipped yet and they say my running boards will be here in a week. So December 13th to January 4 hopefully. Oedro direct through Amazon with prime 2 day shipping.

I brought a set of floor liners for my daughters 2019 CRV. All the mats except the passenger front mat fit well. The passenger side does not fit on the outer side it folds inward so any dirt ETC.. falls in between onto the carpet. We have contacted them numerous times and they keep telling me to wait. it has been 6 months now and I cannot seem to get a response. I DON'T believe that they stand behind their products an I am Reluctant to recommend them to anyone else.
