I'm currently going through an ongoing email chain trying to return a mirror I ordered for my truck. According to their website it should fit, well it doesn't. They have asked for me to jump through a million hoop taking pictures, sending vin numbers ect. And now they are telling me there will be a restocking fee even though I did everything right and their website doesn't match my truck to the correct mirror....buyer beware. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Absolutely Horrible !!! Will Never Forget This, and am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau !!!

Purchased an under seat storage box which does not fit correctly. When placed it does not align with bolts. Contacted customer support and was asked to include a pic of issue. I returned a video of installation and how the product does not align. Was asked for a pic of Box and a pic of issue again. Thank you for providing the video and VIN number. Based on the VIN information you provided, we found that your truck was manufactured in Mexico. Unfortunately, our products are only compatible with trucks manufactured in the United States. They are not compatible with trucks manufactured in Mexico or any country other than the United States. We understand the inconvenience this fitment issue has caused. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a $30 partial refund if you are willing to keep the product. Ordered foam filled tires, was sent pneumatic tires instead.. no customer service response

I ordered floor mats and they came quickly. But they didn’t fit! I did everything correct, the problem is clearly on their end and they won’t provide a return shipping label…. How do they expect the customer to pay for their mistakes? I don’t recommend doing business with Oedro!

Items arrived in beat up box and was not secure inside the packaging - the packaging consisting of a plastic bag with the items shoved in it… looked as if someone packed It in their garage and shipped it out 2 weeks later…. While one component out of three fit, they still want you to keep partial order for partial price & warn a restocking fee will be attached to full return… I’m not paying a fee on their faulty, non compatible order. Spoke to one person over the phone that acted like they didn’t know what to say when questioned about the process and left you with long pauses in conversation - feels quite scammy… emailed concern also and response was as mentioned above.

Ordered right running boards and they did not fit my truck.had to haggle with them to get them returned without getting them returned. Had to settle for 50 % off and keep running boards..had to order from another company..they have bad return policy.
