This chair has changed my life
This chair has changed my life. I have been able to work a full shift filled with hours of typing and strategic positioning for Zoom calls without ANY discomfort, or a shift with 4+ hours of OT without having to get up frequently and move to relieve excess strain. This chair has made an immediate impact and I am beyond grateful for it!

Great chair!
Great chair The Ergo 518 chair was very easy to put together, it didn’t require 2 people. I ordered it for my home office. I’ve had it for about a month and it’s extremely comfortable and supportive for my back. The added headrest is worth the additional money. I’ve recommended this chair to some close friends who spend a lot of time working from home and I’m considering ordering a 2nd chair for my office at work.

I’m an IT professional that spends long hours at my workstation and needed a great chair. After a ton of research, decided on the 518 Upgrade and accidentally ordered the wrong one. I requested help which to my amazement, came right away! I was highly impressed in the quality, the speed and the kindness of Zoey! I love my chair, and have shared my review with all my colleagues!! Thank you so much.

My wife loves the final result
The chair was easy to construct except for the last piece, the head rest. There is not a definite way to center it and accessing the two screw holes to install it took time and a number of chair alignments with two people to finish the installation. The resulting finished chair was worth the last challenge.
