Very responsive to a product issue and very happy with the resolution. Bummed my original chair couldn't be fixed and part weren't available, but they made it right.

Timely delivery. Extra parts. Ease of assembly. So far, so good with the chair

It's fine. The back and headrest adjustability it's particularly sturdy - neither lock in place well. One of the screws to connect the seat to the base doesn't go in all the way. Overall, chair is comfortable, not sure it's worth $300+ though...

If you’re looking for a quality chair that can do specific good amount of adjustments the id it. XQCL

Great chair at a great price! Love all the mesh, nice and cool to sit in all day. It was shipped quickly and easy to assemble. Thank you!

I recently purchased the OdinLake Ergo MAX 747 Three-Section Backrest Chair (A747-BK) from OdinLake, after searching almost every other option. I love it. However, I did not love it when it arrived with a broken backrest, apparently damaged in transit despite really excellent packaging. I emailed OdinLake and they immediately emailed me back, agreed to a replacement, and sent me a nice blanket to make up for my trouble (that may or may not have been their fault). The Customer Service was OUTSTANDING in every way. The replacement backrest came quickly, and the chair is now amazingly flexible. I purchased the larger size -- I am 6' 3". Excellent marks for Odinlake all around.

Delivery was fast. Chair is great. Only thing is the back height adjustment needs to be bit more solid where clicks and locks in. Sometimes an slight wrong movement will cause it to fall to its lowest position

I had a severely pinched nerve in my neck which caused pain in my shoulder and down my arm. My previous desk chair was a stunning Italian Leather Executive chair that did no have adjustable armrests or lumbar support. After many trips to the Chiropractor and the adjustment would relieve the pain, the following evening the pain would return. We finally figured out that the chair I was using was not supporting my posture, lumbar or seat and my arms were too low. I went to a local Office Supply store and probably sat in 25 chairs. This chair gave me immediate support and was comfortable to boot! This chair has it all, from adjustable seat, back, lumbar, height, recline and armrests! Since I have had this chair, my pain has diminished from a pain level of about a 7, down to unnoticeable or a 1 at the highest. Incredible chair. Very well made, sturdy, heavy and completely adjustable. I love it!
