Hey guys I spent over $1000 and waited more than 2 months for a simple website that never happened. First of, these guys are so strategically manipulative , they will make you pay everything before they even start your job, who does that. By implication their refund policy says after 72 hrs you can't get no refunds, so you screwed working with these guys. Don't fall for the discount, the website they produce is not even worth for a free service, believe me. And in all fairness, they try a little in logo design but the whole team got no clue how to make a website. They've so many website on their company's template & from my own experience they never designed not even a single one of those. Guys this company have most of the staff probably located somewhere in India (which I have nothing against only if they can deliver) but apparently not. I guess because the staff are situated mostly in different places outside the US, the communication amongst the team is terrible. You have to keep saying the same thing to every member involved in your work at your own expense. Can't write enough but it was a disaster, frustrating experience. Wasted money, time & opportunities. There are so many features, such as customized forms and others they can't even design. I ended doing my website by myself, is way way better than the mess site delivered to me. Guys trust me, don't do it!!..Look for a US-based or reputable company to do your work.

My name is Michael Scott. My partner and I would recommend Octalogo because they continued to work on our company logo until it met our expectations. We purchased the Corporate package with unlimited revisions, and they worked with us to get our logo perfect. To be honest, communication was a bit sketchy at times, but all and all they did get our logo right! So our experience thus far has been sufficient, and our logo was of the more complex sort, and we are impressed with it and eager to take it to market. We are getting ready for our website development and needed our labels with a new image that can also be used as our logo. We have communicated our points and expected to see Octa designers read and understood what we wanted to see. Well, after some communication and waiting period we figured it is not going to work out and we gave our first unfavorable review. However, after little more than couple of weeks the Octa team revised their design and seemed to have a better understanding what we were looking for. Their round third design samples gave us what we wanted and we liked the final set. We still have no labels but the team will be working on them very shortly. Our advise is to communicate very clearly and make sure they understand what you are asking. To us it felt like they are not reading what we had been communicating - a distant feeling. Our second step is to work out our label concepts with them ( initially this was our first step). We are hopeful that the designers will give us what we want since they they have the talent to be creative with a real nice logo. N. Gustafson for BST

Octalogo was the first website I came across in Google when I decided to look for inspiration for my new website. I'd been browsing for a few minutes when a live chat box opened up. Now I normallyI ignore these things, but I felt pretty relaxed and open minded so I started chatting away. After answering a few questions regarding what I was looking for, I was shown a choice of packages. I was initially going to order the cheapest as I just wanted a "logo" for my site, but was offered a deal and stepped it up a level which came with 3 concepts to choose from. I paid using a credit card, through a secure server, and I'm so glad I did! All 3 designs were great, but 2 of them just captivated me straight away. They were simple, elegant and classy, just as I'd asked for regarding my Wedding Photography business. I studied my favourite and decided some changes needed to be made so I got in touch using their design space service. Within 48 hours (as quoted), revisions were up and they were spot on. There was no fuss, and 3 days later a zip file arrived in the design space with my logo in various formats. I also received a phone call to check that everything was in order, a nice touch on great customer service. During the process, I received messages from various members of the team, all were very friendly, polite, and professional. They showed appreciation for my custom along the way, and always made sure I was happy with the service they provided. I can't fault them at all and I'm very happy I used Octalogo for my business.

Octalogo is the best logo and digital services company out there. I recommend Octalogo to everyone needs a website, logo etc. No job is too small or too big for them. They have prices for every budget. Simply the best. The customer service is second to none.
