They provided logo designs that I could find used by other companies. Then when we finally get the final version. It is a low quality image. Now I have to find someone else to recreate.

Like in the beginning of any relationship, it was all rainbows and sunshine. My logo looks great, the rest of what was promised has yet to arrive. They drafted a business card for me and I did not like it. I told them in detail, even sending them an example, what I wanted and I got no reply. I followed up and followed up. Now, 2 months later, I still don't have the materials I paid for in my package. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will not be recommending this to anyone.

Didn't understand or incorporate basic design requests (e.g. the difference between serif and sans-serif fonts.) Didn't follow up on time (with 24 hour guarantee). Didn't express apology for not responding on time or being late. Didn't follow basic instructions with redesign requests.

Back in February I bought a package with Octalogo that included logo and stationary, social media and website. The logo took a few weeks and since then it's been a frustrating process. Communication is appalling and very often your point of contact disappears for days on end just to come back and ask for the information all over again. Four months have passed and I have no idea when the website will be ready. Once it is I can give my opinion in regards to quality. So far the frustration is getting to me big time and I now wish I had taken the reviews into consideration before singing up.
