Back in February I bought a package with Octalogo that included logo and stationary, social media and website. The logo took a few weeks and since then it's been a frustrating process. Communication is appalling and very often your point of contact disappears for days on end just to come back and ask for the information all over again. Four months have passed and I have no idea when the website will be ready. Once it is I can give my opinion in regards to quality. So far the frustration is getting to me big time and I now wish I had taken the reviews into consideration before singing up.

I am very upset with this company@ first they completed a logo for me and I felt ok but I offered them more business and I was upset at how they did not meet deadline nor communicate in effective and professional manner. They kept me on the phone for about a 15 minutes with results

I am writing my review before i have my finished product. But so far i am very happy with the Logo they created. When I contacted them we banged out the differences easily. I received my final version that day. I still am waiting on the website, but I look forward to helping create a great website as I know I will need to communicate to see my full vision. So if you are expecting an easy logo this is a great service. If you need a more detailed or hand drawn style image, then maybe get that image made and then talk to this company and they will help make your image a logo!

I've read some of the reviews and as many stated, when I initially went to the site, there was an online rep eagerly answering all my questions, giving his best sales pitch, etc. I was a little frustrated because I was looking for a specific product and he was reviewing my company's website to tell me we needed to update it and he'd be happy to work with us on that. Once we got over that hump, we finalized what I wanted the price and I was assigned someone to work with me, Ryan, his name. Initially, I did not feel I was getting the service that I expected and I immediately contacted the company and made them aware that I was working on a deadline and they promptly responded. From that point on, we were in constant contact with each other. Sometime the revision turn around was a matter of a few hours. They were very kind and understanding. I would give them another chance if I have future projects. I would want to request the same person that was assigned to me, Ryan was the best. He listened to my concerns and quickly gained my trust.

Initial engagement with online chat good, signed up for logo creation. was amazed the company turned out three initial concepts in 2 working days (brilliant). After a few emails from my side over a 10 day period to try to understand the next steps, Octalogo provided no respond. A little frustrating as communication on what the next steps are is key: I decided to go back to the live chat; which was answered quickly and I knew then the next steps. Overall experience was good, but Octalogo just need to ensure visibility to client of what the next stage and timelines are. :0) I would recommend them however

Seriously lost for words on how to describe what an amazing journey this has been for us with OctaLogo. My wife found them online and after few conversations we agreed to press the go button. From the designing of our logo to complete brand identity these guys have been special. We couldn't be more happy and satisfied. Their response time is superb and seriously WOW customer experience and service. They honestly break all horizons to ensure your satisfaction and we would forever be thankful to them. They not only delivered what was agreed but went beyond to add their own expertise to make our website look what it is now. They are currently doing our app and that too has been spot on so far. Amazing turnaround time and price. They truly are the best. Highly highly recommended!!!

I commissioned some logo work and initially all was going well. Then the communication stopped and despite repeated and numerous attempts to get hold of someone and to get my work completed, I have reached a dead end. Very disappointing and shocking customer service. If someone from Octalogo even cares to get in touch with me about this then please go ahead. I have paid for a logo service and so far, I have not received the product or any communication from you despite many attempts to get in touch. I note that you also say that you have no record of dealing with this customer (me!), so can provide plenty of proof that this is not the case and will happily send you the proof of purchase and old e-mails regarding this work.
