This is not a robot or fake review. I honestly had a great experience. Every time I wanted to make changes they did so with no problem and the turn around time was great as well. Jerry is amazing and provided excellent service

I have found my experience with your company and that of Jerry very helpful, informative and yes on occasions very entertaining. While we had a small issue with the original design, this was corrected by Jerry immediately and sent back the same day, as we were holding up production of brochures waiting on the logo. Jerry has also helped me in regards to getting a logo for social media to the correct size so its clearly visible, I feel he has gone above and beyond "normal" customer service to help us achieve our goal in regards to this logo. Jerry even rang me to go through where he was with the issues and informing me on a time scale as to completing them. Would highly recommend Jerry in the future. I really don't know were to begin with this company. From the moment I signed up for their services they have been very attentive and kind to me. I had no idea what I wanted as far as my logo was concerned and so I put total control into the hands on my designer Jerry and when I say he DID NOT disappoint me not one bit I mean it. I needed a logo for my new dental practice. I had considered an online logo design competition, but working with Octalogo was far easier, and I felt more guaranteed to get something that I liked. The design team came back with several options and I liked 2 or 3 of them a lot right off the bat. The one I chose was pretty much exactly what I was looking for, and the design director Jerry Miller made everything very easy for me. Great work produced

To be honest, when I was first sold the Octalogo service I was excited - I bought the professional package at a discount, but then I found some reviews that scared me. People not getting refunds, people not getting designs, poor communication, scam like behavior. So I tried to get a refund and honestly wouldn't have gotten it. The email communication service was pretty much void - I even chatted with them on the chat client and they said my refund would be processed - but I was doubtful. I didn't get an email confirmation, any communication - at all! I had already used teamwork to relay my desires, and gave them a design I did. I'm an artist, but with no experience on logo design - I was completely stuck. When I received my initial designs I was relieved because I was afraid I wouldn't get anything at all. I didn't email them to cancel my refund, and by Wednesday of course it didn't hit my account like they said it would. Knowing that I wouldn't get a refund, I decided to go with the service. The logos themselves had all taken the one image I drew and used it, even though I was hoping to see some different variations. Worst yet, I could tell only one logo designer actually read what my company did (sewing and crafts, my colors being gold and yellow) - I got some VERY masculine weird ones that were corporation/gym like, red and grey, etc. After readjusting my expectations, there were actually two I liked. They were simple, but, at the same time they broke me out of the box I was stuck in. Even as an artist I wouldn't have thought of the way they did the logos. I asked for a couple revisions, and while minimal, I think I've got something I can use, or at least work with. The communication was there on Teamwork, but it felt distant. I would say something, and things would happen, but I never felt as if they truly understood what my business was or what I wanted, no matter how clear I was about it. OVERALL - I did get a finally design I'm content with. It took about two-three weeks. Without my contribution in my own design though I doubt that I would have gotten anything satisfactory. I would recommend Octalogo if you're looking for new fresh ideas with something you already have, and have money to spend. I wouldn't recommend getting a package past the first three, as I doubt service would improve and I also question the reliability of getting your money back. Overall it was a very ambiguous experience that I can't say was a total scam. Engage at your own risk and keep expectations low. Recommendations to Octalogo >I would recommend that this service give people refunds if they want them. Holding money hostage is a sure way to see your business spiral downward faster than you started. >Improve communication please, and actually read what the business is about before you design the logos.

Octalogo is good, but working in uk timings can be tricky but soon resolved. The designers needed a push to stop producing stock style images however i cannot fault the customer service. Jerry Miller personally helped me with any and every issue and sorted problems very quickly. Thanks to him we completed the process with a very successful logo that we are absolutely delighted with.
