We appreciate your feedback and understand how important it is to receive renewal information with plenty of time to plan. That is a fair expectation. After reviewing your account, we can see that your renewal offer was sent around 25–30 days before your policy expiration, and the renewal was processed with the carrier about 10–15 days prior. The final documents were made available closer to the expiration date due to processing timelines on the carrier’s side. As an agency, we act as the bridge between you and the insurance company, and we move as quickly as possible at every step. Some parts of the process, like document generation, do depend on the carrier’s timing, but we continue to push for faster turnaround wherever we can. We agree that earlier access to documents is always better, and we are actively working with our carrier partners to improve this.
