I didn’t get my documents to sign until…
I didn’t get my documents to sign until hours after I paid. It felt like a scam. I was extreme worried. I paid before 1pm and didn’t get the documents until almost 9pm. Otherwise, I have no complaints. So far.

In some cases, document delivery can take longer than expected depending on the insurance carrier's process, but we understand how concerning that can be after you've already paid.
