I love that it seamless and it was really really easy to compare prices way simpler than the other quoting tools that are out there and the price was comparable as well

Said I would get documents within an hour I waited at the dealership for about an hour and a half ended up leaving because I didn’t get the insurance documents
Response from OCHOAug 12, 2026
We're really sorry that happened, especially at the dealership. Document turnaround depends on the carrier and can sometimes run longer than expected. We should have communicated that better. If you still need your documents, call us at (800) 220-1416 and we'll get them to you right away. — The OCHO Team

Did not qualify for no upfront payment, no reason given, and took too long to receive the policy. I received the policy 2 hours after the car dealership closed on Saturday and had to take an Uber home and another Uber back to the dealership on Monday to pick up my car.
Response from OCHOAug 12, 2026
Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience this caused, especially at such an important moment. Not everyone qualifies for $0 down as it's based on individual factors like credit history, but everyone gets a significantly reduced down payment compared to standard policies. We also understand the document delay made a stressful situation worse. That's not the experience we want anyone to have. Please reach out at [email protected] or call (800) 220-1416 and we'd like to see how we can help. — The OCHO Team
