Oceanic Teak FurnitureReviews of oceanicteakfurniture.com

Love the table and chairs we bought! I had questions on staining and sealing and they quickly responded and were very helpful. Recommend them!!!

You get what you pay for. Coffee table is poorly constructed. Legs are uneven. Gummed labels applied to facilitate putting together had to finally be removed with paint thinner which removed poorly applied stain. I tried sanding off to even out burnishes but that made even more blotchy. They provide a little bottle of stain for touch ups and that's worthless. Save your money and buy better quality somewhere else. I'll let granddaughters use for play table. In regards to these comments Oceanic reached out to me within hours. I want to give credit where it is due. They certainly stand my their products. I was offered an immediate replacement or a full refund. I decided to keep table but they have contacted me several times since to be sure that is what I wanted to do. From the stand point of customer service this is company is outstanding.

Initial shipment was missing one part. Company sent part, arriving 14 days after initial shipment. Some holes didn't perfectly line up- required minor chiseling, drilling. Aesthetics and quality of wood are pleasing.

Great customer service. I ordered my teak benches from Oceanic because they offered Sunbrella cushions to match the benches. They look fabulous and the customer service was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. I couldn't be happier, Note that assembly is required.

Pricing was competitive. Free shipping a big plus. Arrived when stated and trackable on line. Assembly was easy and all parts fit together well. Best of all the tables look great.

The company is easy to deal with, has great prices and delivers an excellent product. We couldn't initially figure out the assembly of our table, but a call to their customer service and we got the right info. Love the table and chairs.

We very much like the look of our new dining group. The large oval table makes seating for 10 very tight - wish we had bought the rectangular version for more room on the corners. The chairs would be more comfortable if back weren't so straight, but the design allows them to stack very easily for storage. Overall, the set is a very good value, delivery very efficient and assembly less than an hour!

We are SO EXCITED about our purchase! Everything arrived on time and set up was super easy.
