Oceanic Teak FurnitureReviews of oceanicteakfurniture.com

Sue was fantastic going through different table shapes and options. It only took a couple of weeks to arrive. Sturdy table and 8 chairs. It comes with hardware to attach the table legs and cross beam. Chairs are both sturdy and not as heavy as I thought they would be. It also came with touch up stain for a few scratches that most likely occurred during shipping. All the chairs and table were well wrappped in cardboard and plastic. I would recommend this furniture.

We love the furniture and the service was very good. It did take a little longer to arrive than first planned but we were informed ASAP about the problem and we understood. Thanks for keeping us informed. Over all a great experience with Oceanic and we love the teak.

Beautiful furniture - great communication and timely delivery. Would definitely order from here again.

Excellent product--unfortunately delivery took much longer than anticipated

I like the quality of the furniture. Staff provided useful information to help me decide on the style of the chairs. Orientation stickers on the table components made assembly easy. Items were well-packaged to prevent damage in-route. All retailers should use Oceanic Teak as a guide for top-notch customer service.

Furniture was as described on line. Shipment was quick arriving in less than one week. Delivery service driver was very courteous and professional. Biggest drawback was that upon opening the packing material all the pieces were covered with white mold requiring us to wash all the pieces with vinegar soap and water to get rid of the mold. In the instructions we received it talked about the mold and "sea salt" and how to get rid if it but it still took 2 days to clean it throughly. The wood was dry and required a coating of teak oil to bring the finish back to life. All in all, It took 4 days to get it right but the set is beautiful

Excellent service. Gave me a ship date when I placed the order and sent shipping/tracking info with a link to the carrier's website on that date. My order, a teak chest, was well packed and arrived undamaged.

I am very happy with my teak table and chairs. Construction is very good. Oceanic has been great to deal with. Recommend.
