Shipping is painfully slow
Shipping is painfully slow. If it actually arrives on Monday it will have taken four weeks from order to delivery. I have called the freight company 4 times to get that delivery date. The charge, however, went through the day of order—on a holiday. Most places wait until shipment to charge the card—especially if the shipping takes this long. They also waited until 3 weeks after order (and charging the card) to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered and I could change it or wait another 3 weeks (would have been 7 total) so I changed the order. Will update on the product once it arrives but this has not been a great start.

Hello Christine At this time of year, most orders will take around 3 weeks to ship as stated on the website, sorry if you feel this is too long. The shippers will call you to arrange the delivery day when your order arrives in New Jersey. Yes we do take payment immediately on all orders. We did offer you the option of cancelling the order if the wait was too long or switch to a similar item which we shipped on time. I'm sure you will be happy with the loungers when they arrive. Our bench arrived in great time
Our bench arrived in great time. Beautifully made and easy to assemble. My husband put two coats of teak oil on it. It is gorgeous.

My rockers and the cushions and table…
My rockers and the cushions and table are beautiful! They are wonderfully comfortable, and I love sitting on my front porch now. They were easy to assemble.

Teakwood is cracking
Delivery was as promised. However, wood is cracking already after just a few weeks :(

The furniture is very well built
The furniture is very well built. Putting them together was pretty easy. We are truly enjoying our teak furniture on our deck!
