Ordered for the first time online and was impressed by the throughness of Oakjuri in shipping my order as well as the customer service provided after the fact. All communication was extremely professional and my issue was able to eventually be resolved. I'm hoping to be 100% satisfied with no issues when I receive my replacement.

All pieces are look amazing and quality as well. The details to even the packing looks identical. I have showered and slept in them and they haven’t tarnished either. Customer service was really nice as well.

In full disclosure, oakjuri sent me pieces in exchange for my honest review on TikTok. I agreed bc I have actually been contemplating buying the love bracelet/ring. I must say, I am so impressed with the quality of the pieces I recieved from oakjuri. I have worn them everyday and have not taken them off and they still look beautiful. I would definitely our based pieces from oakjuri myself.
