I received the Bvlgari ring, rose gold, green face, zirconia. It is not as the picture advertised. The green face on ring I received as a totally different pattern of the green face, it has stripes. One shown does not. On one edge of the gold ring it is uneven, it's wavy and not round and smooth like the other. Poor quality and workmanship.

I felt like I was scammed. The item I received looked completely different from the pictures shown on the website. I contacted customer service several times by email to request a return and refund, but I never received a single response. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. But at the end of the day, I guess I shouldn’t have expected much for only $80 a piece.

Products are basically plastic and cheap metals. Kinked necklaces, earrings bent, poor craftsmanship. They are making replicas yes, but using the real brands names on their products, Cartier, VC....I asked for a refund for the poor quality items and they said I could bend the earrings back into shape and sent a video to show me how. WHAT? They offered a cheap pair of sunglasses and a $10 coupon...nope. Disputing these terrible products that were sold.
