After contacting customer service they willingly offered a replacement at no additional charge as they truly stand by their product and service. This is a terrible company the website states 7 to 12 days . 12 days later item has not been made they then say 10 days extra and 16 days for postage only after a review if u press them they said they deduct 10 percent admin fee for refund avoid this at all costs these are full on scammers serious fraudster
