I made an error in sizing of my watchband when I completed an online order. Once I recognized my error I email and left phone message (after hours). The next day I received a call saying they corrected the order and it was sent with tracking information. Thank you!

Received my order in time although it was a day after the time stated in the shipping information. Customer service was not available on weekends so I emailed my concern that I had not received my order. I don’t know if it was a coincidence but my order came in in a couple of hours later and they called me first thing Monday to make sure I received the order. I was very pleased with customer service & would recommend this company.
