The app itself is good but....
The app itself is good, I like that you can see how different foods affect your blood glucose. My insurance covers unlimited nutritionalist calls and my nutritionalist schedules every 2-3 weeks. I got my husband a 3-month subscription as a birthday gift and he ended up getting a horrible infection at the site of the glucose monitor. The cellulitis spread so rapidly that it took up almost half of his upper arm. He had to go on 3 different kinds of antibiotics because of this, and the best they could do was "snooze" his membership for 3 months, even though the doctor advised to stop using the glucose monitor. Otherwise they would've charged us a cancellation fee that costs more than the subscription itself. I cannot in good conscience recommend a company that values profits over patients' well-being because of a silly contract that says we're committed for 3 months, even though the doctor ordered to discontinue its use. Disappointed in the customer service and values of this company.
