The concept is great, implementation could be improved
The concept is great and I love the ease with which I can visually correlate my meals and activities with my glucose levels. The Nutrisense app, however, does not automatically synchronize with my Stelo sensor (continual manual synchronization is required). My other issue is that glucose readings below 70 and above 250 are simply recorded as “low” or “high” without actual numbers.

I really enjoy meeting with Chanelle
I really enjoy meeting with Chanelle. She is a wealth of information, I love her demeanor and the accountability she provides me. Jennifer in customer service is also fantastic. She is responsive and very helpful. I have had some challenges with the monitor ending early a couple of times. Replacements have been provided but it’s still disruptive. I also find the app to have a few challenges. Unfortunately, I can’t upload more than one photo at each meal and when I’m at a restaurant with clients, I don’t always eat everything that is captured in one photo at the same time. Overall I’m incredibly happy with the customer service and the insight I’m gaining.

I took a chance …
I saw Nutrisense show up in my food tracking app and it was great timing because I was thinking about getting a nutritionist! So I signed up and was paired with a therapist. My insurance covered some initial visits and then a small co-pay. What a wonderful experience! I felt very at ease explaining my health journey and frustrations with my nutritionist! She was and remains amazing! Always encouraging and never judgmental. Looks for ways for me to incorporate my goals and shares ideas that have worked for other clients! What I love about my nutritionist is she is always learning and I love that! We exchange new studies and health insights that are being discovered. I have gone through various stages of my health journey while seeing my nutritionist! I’m still learning and willing to try new things, but I know if I have questions about anything relating to food or supplements she’s right there to help me understand! I look forward to my meetings!! I wish everyone would give it a try! It’s like a no judgement zone! I’m happy to report I feel so much healthier and lost weight along the way and have increased my strength training at age 61 I’m doing better than ever!

Sometimes the Stelo device doesn’t work…
Sometimes the Stelo device shipped from Nutrisense doesn’t work, and I’ve noticed that the replacement device shipped directly from Stelo has never given me issues. So I wonder if there’s an issue with the way Nutrisense stores the devices. Just an observation.

Enjoying so far!
I enjoy speaking with my dietician. Overall, I like the app and it's ease of use. I have had a lot of problems with connectivity with the sensor and my phone lately, but that is probably a Stelo issue, not nutrisense. I also didn't like that the over patches switched from the larger ones to the smaller. I frequently have to change them during my 15 day sensor use. While I know that I can purchase them from other sites, I feel as though I give enough money to Nutrisense that they can provide the patches as needed. I have been told to just buy them elsewhere from a representative.

Melissa Burns
I’ve always trained hard, but lately I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. Ever since Melissa Burin started helping me with my nutrition, everything has changed. I feel healthier, more energized, and my progress has been steady and consistent. I’m no longer dragging through the day, my hair has stopped falling out, and the biggest surprise—I learned I was prediabetic, but after adjusting my nutrition, my bloodwork shows I’m no longer there. 🙌 I feel like I’m in a true peak state now!

I love it
I love it. I can feel the difference in lowering my glucose levels. I appreciate the ability to see how I react and the progress I can make, with the education of the nutritionist and your application. I feel more in control of my diabetes.
