The meter is very helpful, unfortunately it does not seem to last more than 6 to 7 days and stops working. I have had this issue maybe 5 or 6 times. What is very helpful is the nutritionist support, my nutritionist Brigitta has been fantastic!

Customer Support is Excellent, but...My CGM Dexcam 7s kept giving false readings and saying that it was out of range. Very disappointing. But Nutrisense is a good company. I just didn't do well with the Dexcams and now I'm stuff with 3 of them unused!

I cannot get the Dexcom app to link with NS app. It makes it difficult to analyze the data. My NS person has tried helping me and tech support can’t seem to figure it out yet.

While I'm not thrilled by how my issue was originally handled, once this review was posted and I reached out to one of the executive/founders at the company, my issue got fully resolved. So I've changed my review from a 1 star to a 3 star. The main issue appears to be in the older sensor, the Libre 1 that was sent out due to a claimed shortages on the Libre 3. The sensor was constantly off by 50 points and had to be manually scanned any time I wanted a reading. Meanwhile the first month I had the service with the Libre 3 which was half the size and only off by 12 points (you can adjust for this in the app) was great. It was accurate, smaller, more comfortable. The service itself is ok, they just need to get back to the Libre 3 sensor that actually works properly.

The reason I canseled was, pricing. I pay for my CGM, insurance does not cover T2D You app is very good. I would much prefir the CGM like Dexcon has, no need to scan to get a reading You get a 5star for customer service with Jenifer!

Do not do Nutrisense. Especially if you have an iPhone. System is glitchy, attempted to sign up for Dexcom sensors which is the only reason I wanted to do this and pay a lot more than I should have…I tried and I couldn’t finish the survey to get the Dexcom, reached out to customer service about the glitch and how I had zero access to the app, so they rectified this by sending the wrong sensors and then basically are blaming that on me because I didn’t “finish the survey” and said we can get you the new ones next month but this month? A return and replacement would have been nice but I wasn’t aware how crooked this company is at this point. The app is still completely useless and glitchy. I got approved for counseling through the insurance info I provided which was a big reason I wanted to try this, and then it was denied once they had my money. Furthermore, I’ve explained this whole situation several times and only get cookie cutter responses from their “customer service” about how if I’m canceling early I owe $150 for each month so I don’t get the discounted rate PLUS - $100 cancellation fee… so now I’m paying basically $900 for 1 month of sensors? They keep just sending me cookie cutter responses so I’m having to reach out to the state to get them to drop the charges. Beyond reprehensible. I understand I signed up for the small print and being charged $100 to cancel would have been acceptable if I hadn’t gotten the wrong items, been basically told “tough it’s your fault since you didn’t sign up for the survey” (that the app would not let me sign up for and I had to reach out to customer service for it to be “fixed”). I have diabetes and will be switching to Dexcom stelo for a fraction of the price and seeking additional assistance dropping the fees they are charging me for a terrible and apparently well known to be glitchy app for iPhones system. Charge me the $100 whatever. But adding what I would have paid without signing a 6 month contract because your system is HORRIBLE, PLUS $100 meanwhile sending the wrong items and not rectifying it and blaming me for their app?! No. If you are considering please talk to your doctor, use an OTC one, but DO not give them a cent of your money. Probably will get a cookie cutter response to this only but don’t let companies take advantage of you. You have rights too. Edit: I got one more cookie cutter response but the fees were waived based on what happened and my subscription was FINALLY cancelled. Can’t say I’m happy with how long it took, but it did eventually get resolved so I’ve updated my review to 3 stars. Seems it works ok for some but make sure if it glitches out when you are starting especially not to continue because getting to the resolution won’t be easy.

I’m a bit upset that I had to sit out 14 days without a monitor because it fell off during a yoga workout. Then when I did receive new monitors they came without the black circle adhesive tape or the alcohol wipes.
