Super disorganized and difficult to interact with. Your convo with your doctor will take weeks as each message takes up to 2 days to get a response. I’ve been going back and forth with them for 4 weeks and they can’t figure out how to send my Rx to me. Don’t use this, would be faster to go to a real doctor

Absolute worse. They are a scam. They are instant to charge you but it took two weeks to even get a response. After two weeks I was told that my medication was going to be sent. But then 5 minutes later the supposed doctor realized that she needed blood sample readings. If I was ok visiting a doctor in person to give a sample, I wouldn't be dealing with this extremely unprofessional organization to begin with. I wasted about 3 weeks, $89 just to find out that I have to visit a doctor in person. What a scam.

Cost of service fees is a rip off and they take forever to respond. Consultation fees and service fees will never be reimbursed if you change your mind. They'll just keep charging your card on file and you have to have a card on file at all times.

Wrote a review in 2024 and they had it removed. I spoke truth. This company is bs. Customer service is terrible. Avoid at all costs. They will have this one removed too. But they have horrible ratings on stars still so remove all u want to. Ur still terrible company

They won't respond quick or at all. I messaged them about my medicine because they sent it late and they never got back to me until I messaged saying I was going to another company. They're just a bunch of money hungry people that could care less about their customers.

The response time is unacceptable. However, they wasted no time taking my money. They should not to able to mess with women's health like this.

They want $69 a month after you're prescribed. They will gouge you to keep sending your prescription to the pharmacy. This is extortion!

If I could rate this company with negative stars, I would. Their customer service is the worst that I have EVER encountered. You should thank the Lord above if they respond to you once in a day. Their providers do not listen to a word that you say. STAY AWAY from this company
