I have been using Nurx for over 5 years now and have only had excellent experiences. The customer service representatives and all the healthcare professionals are quick to respond and always helpful.

I wish I had a better option than Nurx. I’ve been on the same birth control pill since I was 17 years old. I’m 32 now. My prescription has always been paid for by insurance and it works for me. Suddenly, they told me (right after renewing for the year) that it will suddenly be $360 a year for that exact same prescription. That sounds incredibly unlikely to me, but I’m being told that my insurance suddenly chose to drop coverage for that drug. I’ve always had to have them file it as “medically necessary” for me as the ingredients in the pill I take agree with me much better than cheap generics that are packed full of chemicals and junk. I think Nurx neglected to file this, and is afraid to admit they messed up. Unfortunately I cannot afford nearly 400 dollars a year for something that has always been covered so I’ve asked them to find something that is fully covered with as similar as possible ingredients to what I was taking. Nearly a month after beginning this conversation with them and I still have not heard back from them. If I hadn’t already paid my renewal fee, I would have just gone elsewhere. I’m less than impressed with this company. Response time is extremely slow, responses are regularly unhelpful. Almost every time I receive a response, I don’t receive a satisfactory response. As of today I am still waiting for them to get back to me, and they know I need my refills. Very frustrating.

Should be zero stars and considered a ScAm. They literally take your money than ignore you. Takes weeks for a reply

They take forever to get back to you when you have questions about your medication. You would think that with how expensive the subscription is they'd have a speedy service but everything takes up to a week or more to get an answer!

appreciate the ability to access my health information and the responsiveness of the staff; however, the app itself has significant issues. When I view my current or past orders, it only displays information from 2018 and does not show any recent prescriptions or orders. Because of this, I have no way of knowing what prescription is being processed or when it will be filled until I receive an email notification. This makes it difficult to track medications and manage my healthcare effectively. I would appreciate improvements to ensure current prescription information is visible and updated within the app.

It’s easy and convenient

I would recommend this site if they could simply process an order and get it shipped out. I have gone back and forth with customer service for 10 days over a returned shipment and still, they have not processed a replacement. (even though they said they would 10 days ago.) It's important to continue the treatment once you begin, however it has been impossible for me to do that.
