If I could give a 0 start I would
If I could give a 0 start I would. As a health care provider myself, just no! Do not recommend. Here’s my why: I started filling out the information for the weight loss management weeks ago. I filled out part of it but didn’t submit it. Prior to submitting it, I weighed myself and I weighed more than I initially put down. Went back to edit the form and it wouldn’t let me. I called and spoke to someone and they told me to go ahead and complete the intake forms and submit them and they would send the information to the provider (AKA they wanted to take my money). The provider followed up saying she received the correct information. Fast forward to today and I’m ready to start my treatment, I log into my nurx account and see that I can track my progress. But we have a problem, the weight listed is the original weight that is incorrect and not updated. I call again today to ask about it. Person I spoke to says she will send it over to the provider. I explain to her that was already done. Now provider reaches out and tells me she can’t edit the weight. How are you unable to edit information that pertains to my medical history that I am telling you is inaccurate? I have never had a doctors office tell me I cannot edit my own information that is incorrect. Also how am I supposed to accurately track my progress if the starting point isn’t even correct? Not having the correct weight changes the BMI and everything. I chose to bring my business to nurx as I already used them for my birth control and have for SIX YEARS. However there are thousands of other places you can go to for weight management and birth control…chose one of them. Apparently they don’t take health seriously and do not care about losing a patient of 6 years
