I used to use Nurx for birth control back in 2020 and decided to use their website for acne medication about two months ago...it took nearly two weeks to hear from a doctor, who clearly did not read over my file, and it has been nearly over a month of waiting for the medication to be reviewed by them (which I am now attempting to cancel since the whole process has taken far too long). I believe there is room for improvement for them but I will not wait around any longer for it to happen.

Just cancelled with this company and took my business to a competitor. I had been receiving my prescription with no issues all last year (2022). When it came time to renew my prescription, weeks went by with no follow-up or further communication from Nurx about the status of my renewal and when I could expect to continue receiving my prescription. I tried reaching out to them after months of hearing nothing and the response I received provided me with no further information or clarity on what was going on. I tried to be patient for another two weeks but still heard nothing so I went ahead and cancelled as Nurx lost my trust and they don’t seem to know what they’re doing whatsoever. They also still charged me for the consultation even though I have received no goods or services from them. Good thing I checked because a refund was not offered to me which honestly feels extremely fraudulent.

I really don’t understand the negative reviews on here, kind of getting the vibe they’re fake reviews in order to give services like Nurx a bad rep. I’ve used Nurx for years and I never had a negative experience. The only reason I stopped getting birth control through them was because my insurance no longer covered services like Nurx, so I got it through my gyno instead. I no longer have United healthcare so I switched back to Nurx due to convenience, they responded to my request almost immediately. Everyone was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed and even suggested sending the prescription to a pharmacy instead in order to get it sooner. I initiated everything on Friday and my pharmacy just called to confirm that it would be available for pick up tomorrow, which is Tuesday. Nurx is reliable and I will continue to use them, I want to try the tretinoin anti aging prescription they have next.

Took my money and never got back to me... it has been 6 days. This company is a joke. They steal your information - credit card info, everything. Waste of time signing up.

They took my money and personal information and did not deliver under the pretext of requesting additional information. This is a scam. They need to be stopped.

Horrible service, charged me $25 for consultation when I only want to check if my insurance works. Once I found out from their automated system that they don't cover my insurance I no longer wanted to do the subscription as I can go back to using pillclub. I messaged them that I don't want to proceed with consultation and no longer want to purchase their birth control. They took 3-4 days to reply back and then I measage them back again and now they still haven't replied. They also told me the $25 consultation fee is non refundable. Like what?!?! I haven't even consulted anyone in their medical team. I am basically being charged $25 for nothing. The pill club is so much better. I disputed this purchase with my bank. So hopefully it goes through.

This is a scam. What they do is they charge the consultation fee but never get back to you. Like others have said, I’ve been waiting for 4 days. No response. I messaged them to follow up on it. No response. I can’t even delete my credit card from my account. So in essence, they know have my credit card information. I’ll call my bank and have the consultation fee returned into my account and the card cancelled. Stay away from this website.

No customer service - still waiting for a response after 4 days. No way to cancel an order or cancel your subscription. Had to cancel my credit card to keep them from charging me again. Plus they just added a service fee!!
