Yes, as some "first time" users report below, the company APPEARS to be great. Until they fail to bill your insurance even though they request the info. They will stop a script (decline to refill) if you request they start billing your insurance. They charge you $90 for every contact, question, or prescription chnage (I was charged $90 three times in Sept). Buyer Beware. You are getting taken.

Customer service is SHOCKING. I wrote an email that I found on this website in the hope of getting someone to help! All I wanted was a refill ? I haven’t had a response in 2 days from anyone and it’s rather urgent.

Nurx will not stop my recurring subscription when I requested it. They fill prescription refills more often than every 30 days and then bill my credit card

First time using and absolutely no issues, everything went smoothly and better than expected. Contacted Nurx on 9/22/23 at 7:36pm.. my 3-pack of birth control pills were delivered on 9/28/23 at 2:10pm. So happy I found them. The initial consult was $25 and the 3-pack of pills was $45. This is great pricing considering I don’t have health insurance. One pack of pills without insurance was costing me $52.

Wish I could give zero stars. They charge you the fees then you don’t receive the product and it’s almost impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone or through messaging. Awful experience. I’ve been waiting since May of 2023 for any type of solution to this.

It took multiple tries to recreate my account - one that I guess got deactivated by Nurx, since I never deleted it and still had my password on file. After two days of no response, I got a password reset link that works. Unfortunately, it only works with the app, not online through your browser. I said multiple times in my messages to them that I did not want to have to use the app. No one ever addressed that. Every time I was sent a stock response, totally impersonal and exactly like the last one, and ignoring my concern about the app and about my desired prescriptions - everything except the account activation. Ultimately just a money hungry, rude, and clearly not high tech/compatible enough company. So disappointed.

MISLEADING--terribly misleading. Consult = $30 (what a deal) Prescription $30, oh my that's $3 cheaper than my local pharmacy. WRONG their $30 = $90! Thus you pay an EXTRA $60 to them every month or an extra $360 a year. HOW? They quote $30 a month---but the "tube" covers 3-months so the price really is $90, when I can buy it down the street for $33 w/ GoodRx

They are a scammers. They may work okay for birth control, but not what I wanted which was medication which they said would be free if I took their tests. They can’t provide the medication and they make money by getting you to do lab work which they evidently get a commission plus their enrollment fee, etc. Beware. I haven’t reported them to BBB yet… NuRx has replied to me. I am submitting the comments to the Lab called ARUP LABS which they will have to pay directly for the LAB FEES. If they do that, I will not report them to the BBB although they should be. Look at all the negative reviews on them!
