I’ve been trying for months to get my birth control patches and they have just been negligent, the response period is every 2 days and its not consistent. You have to pay money for a medical evaluation and if for some reason you cannot get your birth control they won’t give that money back

They charge me $65 for consultation but never provided any products and not even replying to my messages. I have to fill a dispute with my bank to get my money back

Absolutely disgusting and money thieves. I can't cancel my order and they never answer my questions, just posted the same answer without reading my questions again and again!! Don't work with them!

I used them for about a year for my birth control. I recently moved states and updated my info ASAP. Unfortunately, they do not provide service in my new state..... they failed to mention that to me in time. Instead they canceled my prescription without notifying me AND told me they wouldn't ship a few days later once I was completely out of my pills. Thank god it was only birth control and not a life saving medication. The lack of care could have posed a serious health threat due to their negligence.

This company has a lot wrong with it. They charge you for things before giving you a proper price breakdown. The shipping is extremely slow, and there isn't an option to get shipping faster. They don't respond to your actual questions in the customer chat portal. Once you get your prescription, you never hear from your doctor even if you have additional questions. And they also don't give you information about the doctor (like the license number) so that you can make sure they are actual medical professionals. The whole thing is shady and more expensive than they let on. This will be my first and LAST month with this company.

I’ve been using Nurx.com after transitioning from The Pill Club like many other customers. I’ve never had any issues with Nurx not filling my Rx outside of my own forgetfulness. It always ships promptly, I’ve never had issues with communication, and I’ve even spoken with them about medication concerns, etc. Sure, they don’t send candy and stickers, but I don’t think that’s a deal breaker for most people? Those stickers and candy mostly got thrown out, so…? Anyway, I appreciate Nurx. I get a medication that would cost $75 if I filled it at my local pharmacy as they don’t accept my insurance and it’s the only BC I can take that truly helps my PCOS AND awful period symptoms. We appreciate Nurx in this house lol

I was automatically moved to Nurx when The Pill Club / Favor (which I loved) shut down. Nurx was working fine (though not as nice as The Pill Club who used to include stickers and candy with my pills) for about 5 months but then they just didn't send me my birth control pills for December. I didn't realize until it was time to start my new pack so that meant I missed pills. I reached out two weeks ago and didn't receive a response for 4 days. Then they said that it "was a processing error" and they would ship it out asap and send me tracking. That never happened, and it's now been 10 days since then - no pills, no messages (despite sending them multiple messages requesting updates). Unreliable pill delivery + unresponsive customer support = moving my business elsewhere. What a mess.

I first started using Nurx around the year of 2017. Everything was PERFECT. They responded rapidly, kept notes on my chart and kept med costs down. They later expanded to cover acne treatment, and this too was amazing. I wrote a review when prompted after seeing how rapidly Nurx was expanding and hoped that Nurx wasn't expanding too fast. Unfortunately, my fear has come to fruition. No one is reading the notes on my chart any longer. Even though I should be getting prescription for 6 months at a time which I have been doing for the past 6 years, I'm having so many issues with communication. I dont recieve a response until about a week later to messages. To ask a simple question for the mental health team, I was made to pay the monthly subscription fee for them to tell me they don't have that service. Staff are still wonderful but they may be overwhelmed and it's probably more convenient to switch to another service.
