Customer service is so poor. I orders birth control and they kept on saying my pharmacy has it but when I called the pharmacy they have no record of that order.

So they over charge to take advantage of people that have little options else where. They originally said it was $90 for the consultation and after that it would be cheaper or you could use your insurance. This month I was very low on money and when they first ran my card it didn’t go through. I then explained that I was told they could run my insurance- which they did and confirmed it worked. So why did they still run my card again the next day and took another $90! This was my bill money that I was not even aware they were going to take due to my insurance saying it was approved!! That is stealing! I would not have gotten it if I knew they were going to take it out of my cash! And they won’t give me my money back saying it’s already been shipped afew hours after they took my money! So where did the insurance payment go the day before? And when I try to contact them they run me in circles! I get my daughters birth control from there every month and I plan on pulling us both out of the company and I guess I’ll have to get a whole new card since they like to steal your money! Be careful!!

When my BC at the pharmacy ran out, I was scrambling to find a new prescription of BC because I was not able to see my gyno for a while. I found Nurx and they reviewed my med history and quickly sent me the best prescription they thought fit for me. The workers at Nurx are extremely easy to reach out to and they respond super fast.
