Thank you for your feedback, Marlene. We are sorry to hear that you did not like some of the rationales. We use a variety of resources to design the best possible practice tests and rationales. While preparing our questions, answer options and rationales we use content from nursing textbooks, medical and nursing articles, and Khan Academy but there are questions from previous NCLEX exams in our practice tests as well. We do have a "report mistake" feature under each question which allows you to request clarification or report a mistake for each specific test item and I see that you have utilized it. We are sorry to hear that did not like some of them or the way our rationales were displayed, but it's great to hear that you feel we cover the fundamentals. Diana L.
