Thank you for your feedback, Nancy. I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. It looks like you have previously contacted us (in August) inquiring specifically about LVN/LPN study materials and have been advised that our Premium includes both RN and LPN. I have just sent you an email with instructions on how to switch back to LPN. Note, that we do not send materials to our clients, instead you gain access to our question bank and are free to practice on our website in your own time. Please also note, that we advertise and provide practice tests and the exam simulator only. Diana L.
