Some of our questions may be similar or cover related concepts, but they are triple-checked before being uploaded to avoid repetition. Questions do intentionally repeat in the Marathons and Exam Simulator to increase retention and provide review opportunities. Questions answered incorrectly will appear in the Challenge Bank until answered correctly—this ensures the concept is fully understood and learned. If you encounter a question in our actual practice tests that you believe is an exact repetition, please use our mistake report tool to flag that specific question. We'll be happy to investigate it further.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment. Our question bank covers all the topics you'll encounter on your exam, and while the questions don't change, they are shuffled each time to increase retention. Our system shows that none of the tests have been successfully passed and only a few were partially taken. For best results, we recommend successfully passing all tests and marathons and clearing the Challenge Bank. Thanks for your feedback! We've reviewed your exam simulation sessions and, while the questions were not identical in each exam, we did notice repetition in the NGN section. This ensures users get a different set of questions each time, providing a comprehensive review. As for NGN questions, we've designed them to align with the official format. We understand that individual preferences can vary, but our primary aim is to prepare our users effectively. We also get that everyone feels differently about SATA questions, they are a key component of nursing exams, designed to evaluate critical thinking skills.- they're there to help with critical thinking. Currently, we do not offer video lectures, and we have ensured that our platform correctly reflects this to manage expectations. We genuinely value feedback like yours. Thank you for your feedback, Sandra. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our program. We use a variety of resources to design the best possible practice tests and follow the NCSBN test plan to develop questions that are based on the topics listed in the test plan. We also offer NGN case studies on our site and you are welcome to check them in our RN section to prepare for your next attempt. Our system shows that you have only successfully completed 2 of our practice tests, 1 marathon and have only attempted our exam simulator once, is it possible that you haven't gone through all our NCLEX based questions yet? As for the repetitions, you may see of them in the marathon and the exam simulator, however, this is done for better knowledge retention. All our practice tests are double checked before being uploaded to eliminate repetitions, however, if you feel that the exact same question is repeated in a practice test, please use our "report mistake" feature to flag it and we will look into this and respond to you straight away. While there are questions from previous NCLEX exams, we also use content from nursing textbooks, medical and nursing articles, and Khan Academy. We follow the NCSBN test plan to develop questions that are based on the topics listed in the test plan and keep several tests unlocked so every customer can check what the tests look like before the purchase. Our system shows that you have only successfully completed 2 of our practice tests and have not attempted our exam simulator and the majority of tests, is it possible that you haven't gone through our nclex based questions yet? Thank you for your feedback, Salma. We are sorry to hear that you were charged the additional fee you were not aware of. We understand that it looks like this additional fee has been withdrawn from your account by us, however the second charge that you see is actually your bank's fee. We operate from Canada and some banking institutions withdraw an additional amount for the transaction with us. It may look as if it was charged by us, but it was not. Since not every bank charges international fees, we do not have information on which of our customers may incur this bank charge. You are welcome to contact your bank for more information about it.
