Thank you for your feedback, Evelyn. We are happy to inform you that we do have an app, however, since it is a separate platform, it is not included in your purchase. If you wish to practice on your phone, you are welcome to open nurse.plus on your phone in your browser, log in and keep practicing. This way all of your progress will be synchronized as well. As for the rationale, in addition to explaining what the correct answer is and why, we do normally mention in our overall rationale why the other options are not correct. Diana L.

Although we do not usually process refunds, we do look into each request and, depending on the situation, exceptions can be made.
