Regarding the level of difficulty in our questions, please remember that the questions on the actual NCLEX are pulled from a huge question bank, and there's no way to know how easy or difficult your particular set will be. Students need to thoroughly study all the material to ensure they're ready to tackle complicated questions. In most cases, the actual exam includes questions of varying difficulty levels. Thank you for your feedback - we understand that preparation can sometimes feel exhausting! To clarify, we do not offer or advertise theory courses as we provide practice tests only for NCLEX, and we describe our offering as such on the purchase page. While we do offer introductory videos for skills preparation, our platform is primarily made up of practice tests designed to help you practice and prepare. We are sorry to hear that some of the instructions are not clear. We do have customer service agents available to answer any of your questions, as well as a helpful AI tool installed directly in the practice tests to assist with any questions you may have. However, we haven't received any previous communications from you regarding specific concerns. Thank you for your feedback. Based on your account activity, it seems that only 3 tests (1 NGN) were taken so far, so you may not have encountered our full range of features yet. While we do not offer bow tie questions, we do provide similar drag-and-drop questions along with multiple case studies to enhance your preparation. Additionally, we offer exams that you can take as many times as needed to verify your readiness. Our clients are welcome to check our program and try our sample practice tests prior to their purchase and the full list of what is included in our program is on our purchase page as well (note, that educational videos are not listed there). As for the photos in our questions, some of our questions include photos, however, we follow the NCLEX format, so not all the questions do. Thank you for your feedback, Navjot, we appreciate it. Regrettably, we are not sure what you mean by "exhibit questions." Can you please give us some details about this directly at [email protected]? As part of a comprehensive review for NCLEX, we offer a wide range of practice test items that candidates are likely to encounter when they sit for their exam. Some may seem easy because they are basic concepts learned in nursing school (they may be memorization or subjects that now seem familiar). Others require using clinical analysis and judgment, which the new NCLEX-NGN will be using as of April 1. The purpose of NCLEX is to determine if you are able to provide safe and effective care as an entry-level nurse. If the practice test items seem easy, perhaps you already have a good grasp of nursing principles. Rationales are meant to briefly explain why the correct response is the BEST option. More challenging test items will have longer rationales. As for the repetition - our tests are double-checked before being uploaded for public use to minimize any possible mistakes and repetitions, but questions will be repeated in your challenge bank and the exam simulator. If you come across repetitive questions in our practice tests, please report them using our "report mistake" feature and we will certainly investigate these flagged questions and respond back to you. Thank you for your feedback, Marlene. We are sorry to hear that you did not like some of the rationales. We use a variety of resources to design the best possible practice tests and rationales. While preparing our questions, answer options and rationales we use content from nursing textbooks, medical and nursing articles, and Khan Academy but there are questions from previous NCLEX exams in our practice tests as well. We do have a "report mistake" feature under each question which allows you to request clarification or report a mistake for each specific test item and I see that you have utilized it. We are sorry to hear that did not like some of them or the way our rationales were displayed, but it's great to hear that you feel we cover the fundamentals. Diana L.
