Never received the 4 pictures I ordered for 115.25 yet I was charged for them. Order shows received yet I only received a set of paint brushes that I paid extra for in a separate order. There own Website states my order is on hold yet they informed the credit card company it was delivered- what a scam. buyers beware. They are not ethical.

Good service. After I placed my order I emailed them as I had entered my address wrong. With the product coming from China I was concerned it would end up going to the wrong address still, but they did change the address. Delivery did take about 25 working days to the UK but they do state this on their website. The company actually emailed me to offer to send another item as the tracking advice hadn't been updated so they thought I hadn't received it. I thought this was excellent service as with other companies when items have gone missing in the post, I would have to contact them. They also trade as Paintbynumber.com

The folks at Numeralpaint are great!! There were delays in delivery along the way, but it had to do with the folks delivering the item, NOT the seller. Everything was as ordered, and I would certainly buy from them again!!

Only can give 1 star unfortunately, Received an item badly damaged apparently customs fault, refused to give refund unless I send it back, in the same email they stated ‘if it’s lost in post it’s on me’ Not a great feeling that they would ever receive it, I opened a dispute with the bank and today received this “We have noticed that you have posted a bad review of our product and also opened a dispute and just to let you know that our department was going to send you a new canvas however we had to stop processing it unless you remove your review.” Maybe give customer service and you won’t have to blackmail them, avoid at all costs

No problems whatsoever with Adult Paint By Numbers. In these trying times with pandemics, we had excellent communications and a very reasonable delivery time. 10/10 from me.🙂

Took forever to arrive. Paints supplied to paint the picture bear no relationship to the photo picture. As an example light grey on the photo picture is to be painted light purple if one uses the paint supplied. Snow should be white but there is no true white supplied only an off white..very disappointed the picture shown is beautiful but the picture painted with the supplied colors is not very attractive.

The original tracking system was not correct and I emailed asking for status. They checked into it and updated me. I really like a customer service that responds back to the customer quickly.
