Excellent service with their quick and friendly response, respect the delivery transit time and love the product!

I am very happy with the product, which I'd bought as a present for a family member. The picture is so detailed - and I'm sure she is going to love it, and spend many happy hours completing it. Customer services are amazing, so helpful and prompt with all replies to my queries. I can confidently recommend the company, and if I wish to buy a similar product, it will be the first I turn to

Lovely company! I love my painting. They contacted me to change my picture so that it would come our clearer so thank you for that :)

Have ordered from this company numerous times very impressed each time, great products and very relaxing to do

Great company, ordered a pbn arrived within a decent amount of time, very good quality products very glad I found this company thankyou

Would rate negative stars if I could. I rarely write reviews because I tend to think most things are good enough, but I felt compelled to in this case because dealing with this company has been an ordeal from the start. First of all, I never actually confirmed my order because I was extremely put off by the three separate pages of ads I had to click through to get to the order confirmation page. I closed the page without confirming the order but I decided to see if they charged me anyways. They had. I emailed them to cancel within 5-10 minutes of seeing the charge on my card, and they responded saying they would cancel but charge me 5 USD because the artist had been assigned and had begun work. I'm not sure how that's even possible because I sent my initial email 2 minutes before I got a confirmation email for my order. I asked them to clarify their supposed timeline (they never did), and they promised to issue a refund within 7 days. Not seeing the refund, I emailed again, at which point they notified me that the cancellation was never actually processed and the order was mistakenly shipped instead. They offered a 30% refund and said I could keep the product I technically never even ordered in the first place. They were very polite and prompt by email, but it doesn't excuse what is at best a completely dysfunctional business infrastructure. Long story short, this company is actually charging me for multiple mistakes on their part and they think they're doing me a favor. I'm disputing the charge directly through my bank since this company very clearly has no idea what it's doing, unless the aim is to literally steal money from would-be customers.

I ordered four custom canvases and the paint brushes. Delivery was within three weeks, very quick for a custom order to the Netherlands. The brushes arrived first and I thought the canvases were lost so I called, they immediately sent me a new tracking code for the custom order since it leaves later and assured me it was on its way, it arrived the next day. I haven't begun painting yet so I don't know the quality of the paint but the brush set is very nice and comfortable to hold and the custom order looks awesome. I hope they come out great and can't wait to get started!

Amazing paintings! Quality of the print is excellent. I’ve ordered from them thrice and I always received everything I ordered in great condition. I get this for my 58 year old dad who enjoys doing them and these paintings help him cope with the loneliness that comes with this pandemic! For reference, my parents live in India.
