Product arrived more than a month after I ordered. Apparently shipped from China. Very cheap product. The numeral painting is not the usual 1/8" thick board you receive with other paint kits but a thin sheet of rolled up canvas. I would not order from this company.

I got this for my son's girlfriend and she LOVES it. Great quality!

The quality of the product is great and it's so calming to sit and paint with a cup of tea. I have been recommending this to all my friends...I’m from Montreal so I received my package in exactly 15 days! Even when I sent an email to check about my order they answered me in few hours! So happy with the service and the quality I’ll definitely order again from them

Great service

This order has still not arrived and it has been more than 30 days! After consistent communication, I finally requested a refund and was told that a full refund would not be possible, and they offered a 30% refund (for an item that I never received!) Impossible to track the shipping as there is no contact information on the shipping updates. Unacceptable customer service, and I will not purchase from this site again.

Great canvas and paints. Be prepared to wait on shipment because it comes from China. Excellent communication with Numeral Paints. They have a positive attitude and their tracking was precise all the way.

Shipping took a long time, and I was missing one of the paints when it arrived. However, the support staff was very helpful and communicated clearly, and was able to send me a replacement paint pot without any trouble! Very satisfied!
