The order confirmation, delivery and service are perfectly handled. Thérè was only one problem: there were 2 tins with paint not very good closed so the paint was kind of dried put. I had to solve this.

Came within a couple of weeks, exactly with what it said it would I haven’t finished the painting yet but I’m very happy so far!

Great product! great service!

Excellent product, far superior product to others I have tried. Good and polite service. Will purchase again from them very soon.

I was a bit disturbed to learn where this package originated however let me explain. I ordered, without reading, and began to panic when I realized it wouldn't get here prior to Christmas. However the company walked me through the entire process and only then did I realize these items are handmade and not massed produced. As it turned out the delay was not in China, nor the company but right here in the US. The package arrived today in prestene order and is beautifully done. Tiny brushes, nice material and wood. I can't wait for my granddaughter to see it tomorrow.

I’ve ordered “Christmas vibes” and I really like it ! The kit came with everything I would need. It was definitely a challenge and will take quite some time, but they had pretty thorough instructions to at least be a guide

I'm still new to this paint by number, I ordered two pbn and I think it was easy enough for starting. Nice color contrast and fun hobby

It's great! I am very happy with the product and customer service was very helpful
