These folks are VERY helpful. Yes, the number took a while to port over, but not because of Number Barn. Their support is impressive.

Responded in less than an hour, and helped me out even though what I apparently needed was to contact T-Mobile. They even looked up corporate and customer service phone numbers for me for T-mobile to help point me in the right direction. Jenny was very helpful and represents your organization well!

Customer Service is non-existent. Only e-mail support is available, it takes days for someone to reply. No phone support (ironic). I have received no phone calls for 4 consecutive days (after averaging 30+ calls every day the prior month). Number Garage response (2 days later); "Can you provide examples of the phone calls you are not getting"? Seriously ?? No way to escalate support issues. They don't seem to care that customers have issues. Unbelievably bad service. Update: Number Garage finally replied to my e-mail (from 6 days ago). Their response " You need to log into Number Garage's Call Log section to view your calls. I provided a screen capture of the NumberGarage Call Log screen. I cannot attach it here. I'll update when they reply back to me next week,

Kevin, thanks for your honest feedback here. I know you ran into some complications with our sister company, NumberGarage. For NumberBarn, you're right, we don't have phone support and our email support team responded to you within 4 hours from the first day you wrote in. That's all water under the bridge, I understand, and I see that this situation is still ongoing with our support supervisor. You're in good hands with her, and we'll get to the bottom of this with you.
