I researched a lot of vanity number providers, and NumberBarn had the best pricing by far. Plus, they were totally set up for purchase then port. It was easy to find a number perfect for me... buy it...and begin the port process. I experienced a couple of problems with my current carrier as they seemed unfamiliar with porting (Spectrum... go figure). However, customer support at NumberBarn was unbelievably good. They took the time to investigate the problem, provide solutions for Spectrum, and followup with me to be sure things worked out well. Friendly, professional, highly competent. You couldn't ask for more. I recommend them without any reservations at all.

Porting my number over from AT&T to NumberBarn was effortless. It only took a few days for the transfer to be completed. I immediately had access to Call Forwarding, SMS and Voicemail, using my same number. NumberBarn gave detailed instructions for setting up my account, and was quick to respond and offer support for my questions. I could kick myself for not making the move to NumberBarn sooner.

These guys went above and beyond to help get some old analog numbers ported for our business. The carrier that held the number did not want to releases them and continued to make NumberBarn resubmit them. They completed the transfer and our bill went from $7000 a month to $300

I needed to set up an Auto Attendant menu for call forwarding to go to multiple phone numbers. What the competition does is charge for a 'user' for each number. So if you are using one of their competitors, and you have a menu to forward to five different numbers, that's five charges. So the cost is going to be five times the cost to forward to a single number. One VOIP service quoted $100 to me to do that. At Number Barn it was $19. Up to 10 numbers for the same price. Now that would be all fine and good, but what about the voice quality? I was surprised that it is really excellent. Every bit as good as my old copper wire analog line. That is not true of many of the voice services out there. It's saving me a bunch of money, and giving me the quality service I need. A great value.

I was hesitate about using this company being that I could not talk with a customer service rep. However; my emails were responded to promptly. Also when trying to port a number, I instantly received a response from number barn. However; I did think that the vanity number that I purchased was very expensive. I would definitely recommend this company.

very usable site, clear - tons of info in FAQ and other resources. I have a small account and if I have occasinal question, customer service thus far has been fast and resolved any issue. I recommend.
