I experienced incredible difficulties extricating myself from my previous cell provider while travelling in Latin America. The folks at numberbarn hung in with me, helping me to overcome every hurdle that Chatr put in my way. It took months, and they remained helpful and cheerful the whole time. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them. They should give lessons to others!

It was a good experience as all the emails sent were promptly replied with satisfaction. One should be prepared to wait for 2 weeks for the number to be ported. Moreover the prices shown are in US dollars not in Canadian dollars which I mistook. I thought it’s 499$ but it was 690$….. Rest all is good.
