I have had the exact same experience! No phone number. You deal with an Indian chat who does not know that stock and kept me waiting many minutes between chats to check with "the department". Turns out they didn't have the product I ordered but mever told me, even though I chated several times and was told they were going make my (non-exisitent) product "on priority". Go elswhere!

been using thier product for a few years, satisfied, but when I tried to order last month, thier horrible website would not let me. many attempts since have failed. non-existent customer service. never answered multiple emails, voicemails. I give up.

Absolutely NO customer service. This is my third time with faulty delivery and no customer service. This time they sent the wrong product in the wrong container.

If I could give a zero I would! STILL waiting on delivery, keeps saying DELAYED. If your going to use UPS, use UPS! Not some system that sends a package to the USPS via UPS. I'll find another provider.

I absolutely loved their initial service and the product was amazing. HOWEVER, their communication and responding to my emails was dismal, they appear to have NO customer service team and DO NOT respond to emails. I couldn't even RESET my password because this company didn't respond with password reset. Appears to me to be all about their product which is great BUT zilch customer service which is the vital part of any business.

Wait for two months now, never received the product. The customer service sent a email saying they would refund me, and no response from thence. The worst online shopping experience I have had.

Sloooowww shipments. Pony Express would be faster. Took 5 days to "ship" the order and as of 9 days later the tracking info has yet to show movement out of CO. I will use someone else going forward.

With such a popular big name company I am shocked that their customer service is THE WORST I have ever experienced. I thought the DMV had the worst but they take the cake I mean it took them SEVEN DAYS to respond to my email about my lost package and took TWO WEEKS to get it finally resolved and refunded there was always 3-4 to 7 days between each reply and I had to resend my emails because I thought they were not receiving them. The absolute worst. I like their products but I would not buy again for that reason. I'll go with Neurogan next time. High quality organic products and their customer service is excellent! Have used many different CBD companies and Neurogan and Nuleaf was top 2 but obviously Nuleaf blew it with their below par customer service. And one person pointed out that you can't leave a review on their website as a customer!! Which is where I went to try to leave a review but there is absolutely no option and found trust pilot. They pick and choose the reviews and weed the negative out! HORRIBLE UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY .
