Ok.. this is a combination review..I would give them a 5 star review for the last 2 years for quality and affordability. However I recently ordered a multiple bottle order of THC, and just opened the 2nd to last one and the dropper tip was shattered. I contacted them for a credit or replacement as this is a Quality control issue, and they said I only had 48 hours to return it. WHy would I open every bottle on an order like that in advance? They were polite in their refusal, but firm. Update: I am happy to report they have resolved the issue.
