What a massive let down
I was so disappointed with my purchase. First of all I wrote countless emails chasing up my order to the point where I had lost all hope of it ever reaching me. It missed the date that I needed it for as it was a gift. After 6 weeks I wrote another email telling them to cancel the order. I was told that it had been dispatched. Then it was sent somewhere else rather than to my address. The box was battered and it was wrapped on some thin bag which looked as though it had been taped by a 3 year old. The so called tool was not in the box and it took me over an hour to get the links out. The most horrendous experience and I broke two nails!! The face of the watch is tiny. The advertised watch has a bigger face and to me thats the most disappointing thing! For a piddly little flimsy Christmas cracker watch, the price was extortionate! Over priced x10. I need a magnifying glass to read the time and it doesnt even have a second hand. All in all it caused me stress and tension and the person who I purchased it for doesnt even want it.
Update : Customer services did their best to try and resolve the issue however I decided to gift the watch to someone else.

We would like to clarify how we handled your concerns once you contacted us. We confirmed the shipment and provided the tracking information.
Once you explained your concerns about the watch, its size, packaging, and toolkit, we offered you an exchange for another watch or a full refund with no return fees as a one-time exception.
When you told us the original box had already been disposed of, we still continued to review your case and looked for a way to accommodate the return as an exception.
You ultimately chose to keep the watch and give it to someone else, and you thanked our team for our efforts to resolve the matter.

Watch exchange
The exchange for a different coloured watch took a very long time & I feel if I hadn't sent numerous emails it would never have been completed .I am not entirely sure whether these replies were genuine or AI generated as the wording was more or less the same on each email.
I did start to believe that the watch was never going to arrive & I would have to buy another without telling my family as this was a birthday gift .
The watch itself is very nice but this process has been very disappointing,considering Nuamore state on their website that exchanges can be made & for that reason I doubt I will shop here again .

Your exchange was not left unresolved. After you returned your Ruby Oceana, we reserved the Sage Green watch you requested and kept you updated while waiting for the incoming stock. Once it became available, we processed the exchange and shipped your Sage watch on September 1st, providing the tracking details so you could follow the shipment.
When an incorrect delivery notification was sent to you, we also checked the shipment immediately and confirmed that the watch was still in transit, then provided the correct tracking status.
