The cancellation option on the order wasn't running properly, but upon emailing support, I heard back within 24 hours and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Looking forward to my pieces.

Absolutely horrible experience purchasing through this website … bought in August and didn’t receive item until September :. Which again was of horrible quality due to which a return was initiated and its October still haven’t received my refund !!

Once stock became available, your order was secured and prioritised with our fulfillment team, with an expected dispatch timeframe provided. After you received the watch and raised concerns about your purchase, we explained the Mystery Gift included with your order and provided you with the return process when you decided you no longer wished to keep the item. Your return request was approved, return instructions and a prepaid label were provided, and we continued to assist when you had questions about the return requirements. Once your return was delivered to us, our team followed up internally to have the refund processed. We can now confirm that your refund has been completed. This is my second watch I’ve ordered. This one is a lot lessor quality than my first one. It does not have a date on the face and is not as heavy as my first watch.
