The watch is stunning i just need to hopefully size it to the right size

Customer service is excellent. They respond fast and professional. My case was resolved within 24h. I will say that using the tool to shorten the wristband is tricky, the instructions and video could be better. I have two watches now and I absolutely love them. Thank you.

Great product is great, it was a little more difficult to resize and remove links then I anticipated.

First I purchased a watch which I liked and kept. Decided to purchase a second watch, different style, which arrived and looked much smaller than shown and was not suitable for that reason. Contacted Customer Service and arranged the return. I packed the item up exactly as I received it, perfectly, included the pro-forma return invoice as instructed and sent it off. Took several weeks to get to the return destination in The Netherlands, when it eventually arrived there they refused delivery (unopened, just point blank refused delivery) and it was returned to sender (me) which again took several weeks. When I contacted Customer Service they fobbed me off saying it was because it didn't have the returns slip, it did, and had they accepted the delivery and actually opened the parcel they would have seen that. Back and forth and back and forth, they are still not taking the item back or giving me a (second) returns label. When it comes to returns this company is outright scamming people. They have left me £90.78 out of pocket and stuck with an item that is not fit for purpose as not as described or shown on their website. I have been left with no choice but to take this even further. Please people, beware, items are much smaller than shown and you cannot get a refund if you want to return anything, appears to be a scam!

Watch is very stylish. Looks expensive but is affordable. Packaged carefully. Great customer service too.
