Mr & Mrs P.
Absolutely amazing customer service! I missed out by a couple of hours on their BOGOF offer when purchasing the Oceana watch. I cheekily emailed asking if they would consider honouring the offer so I could get another watch for my daughter’s birthday - I couldn’t afford 2!! They came back almost immediately replying not a problem, which colour would she like. Thank you Nuamore, you’ll make an 18yr old v happy - we will definitely be purchasing again! 💗

I made a purchase from Nuamore for their fabulous Oceana watch. I reached out to Customer Service to see if they could help me with tracking the delivery of my purchase. I heard back immediately with a very pleasant and thorough response. They had looked into my query and provided a Tracking Number with my local Postal Service. My watch arrived exactly when they said it would!!
